July 17, 2014, is Get to Know Your Customer Day. All businesses should continually stay in tune with the needs of their customers. Without our customers, businesses stagnate or fail. Take time today to reintroduce yourself to your customers from their point of view. Showing your customers that you care helps strengthen your relationship, thus loyalty is built. Loyal customers will continue doing business with you and, even better, refer you to other potential clients. So, send an email, conduct a customer survey, or otherwise engage your customers in a meaningful way today; it will reflect positively in your bottom line.
