Zachariah M. Phillips

Associate Attorney

Zachariah M. Phillips is an associate attorney with Clements & Shackle, LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana. Zach primarily focuses his practice on all aspects of business law including business formation and development, contracts, financing, employment, and litigation. Additionally, Zach practices in criminal law, family law, administrative law, trusts, and estate planning. 

Prior to joining the Clements & Shackle, Zach worked at the Hendricks County Prosecutor’s Office, where he spent time developing and refining his trial and advocacy skills.  Zach graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of law and was admitted to practice law in the state of Indiana in 2014. While in school, Zach focused his education on business law taking courses ranging from advanced contracts and sales to antitrust litigation to business formation.  In 2013 Zach was even published in the Institute of Competition Law’s e-Competitions Antitrust Case Law Bulletin.
Zach attended Indiana University Bloomington for undergrad and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He is an active member of the Indianapolis Bar Association and the Indiana Bar Association, where he is a member of the IBA Service Committee.
